-Know which negotiation strategy to choose based on relationship and results

-Define positional bargaining

 -Know the differences between " Soft" and " Hard" negotiating

 -Understand principled negotiation

 -Know the four steps in the negotiation process

Types of negotiation:

- Buyer-seller

- Distribution

Preparing for negotiation:
